Simulation data have been presented on a process of deep refinement tellurium based Authors-developed technique implemented through analysis the unit thermodynamical condition using Flow software, from SolidWorks software product. The put forward herein has in plant comprising vertical air-tight reaction chamber arranged inside multi-zone thermal and executing sequence stages which use different techniques are integrated single process. experimental basis for calculations allowed one to determine boundary conditions mathematical model taking into account previous operation experience product used. Temperature profile calculation carried out all types heat transfer system, weight / dimensions parameters system units physicochemical properties refined tellurium, materials equipment fittings reactor media. temperature modes accepted as calculations, with temperatures being measured at fitting locations gages connected PID controller installed. simulation specific component design be corrected.
